Material Changes to Previously-Assessed Programmes (submitted by August 2020)
Four programmes which were assessed in the 2019 TAB assessment cycle submitted material changes for TAB's assessment to ICAO by 24 August 2020.

2. Climate Action Reserve
3. Global Carbon Council
4. Gold Standard
Public Comments
In
October 2020, ICAO invited the public to submit comments on the
material changes, including regarding their alignment with the EUC, using the TAB Public Comment Template Form.
ICAO received three public comments, which are available in a consolidated form here.
TAB
Recommendations
TAB
submitted its third report to Council in January 2021. After consideration,
Council accepted TAB's recommendations, and approved the associated ICAO
document "CORSIA Eligible Emissions Units." TAB's
recommendations in the TAB Report (January 2021) are available in all six ICAO official languages.

2020 Programme Applications and Material Changes to Previously-Assessed Programmes (submitted by April 2020)
From 23 March to 20 April 2020, ICAO invited emissions unit programmes to apply for assessment by TAB against the CORSIA Emissions Unit Criteria (EUC).
ICAO received eight responses to the call for applications. The responses provided - except for the information labelled as business confidential - are included below.
- Architecture for REDD+ Transactions
- BioCarbon Fund Initiative for Sustainable Forest Landscapes
- Cercarbono
- Compte CO2
- Joint Crediting Mechanism between Japan and Mongolia
- Olkaria IV Geothermal Project
- Perform, Achieve, and Trade Scheme
- Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative
In addition to the eight new programme applications above, ICAO received two material changes to previously-assessed programmes submitted by 10 April 2020:
1. Forest Carbon Partnership Facility
2. Verified Carbon Standard (managed by Verra)
Public Comments

Webinar on Understanding CORSIA Eligible Emissions Units On Friday 7 August 2020, ICAO held a webinar to inform stakeholders about the ICAO Document "CORSIA Eligible Emissions Units", to introduce its contents and their relationship to the CORSIA Emissions Unit Eligibility Criteria and work of the Technical Advisory Body (TAB). The webinar also explored the roles of ICAO, including TAB, and CORSIA Eligible Emissions Unit Programmes and Programme Registries in ongoing eligibility management.
