In order to avoid unnecessary delays at the opening of the Assembly, all participants are strongly encouraged to pre-register online at the following web address:
www.icao.int/A39registration. Delegates who have pre-registered online, submitted a compliant picture and have their original credentials in order will be eligible for a fast issuance of their event badge.
Any visitor (including MEDIA) to ICAO will only be granted access upon presentation of valid recognized passport or Canadian Government issued photo ID which indicates Canadian nationality - as proof of nationality (Driver’s license is not acceptable proof as it does not indicate nationality).

12 to 16 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to Resident Delegations only from
1400 to 1700 hours
19 to 23 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A39 attendees from
0900 to 1700 hours
24 and 25 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A39 attendees from
0900 to 2000 hours
26 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A39 attendees from
0930 to 2000 hours*
27 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open from
0730 to 1700 hours
28 to 30 September 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open from
0830 to 1700 hours
1 October 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open from
0700 to 1700 hours
3 to 7 October 2016, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open from
0830 to 1700 hours
