On 10 July 2012, in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the Academia Superior de Ciencias Aeronáuticas (ASCA) received its TRAINAIR PLUS Full Member Certificate. The Certificate was delivered by Mrs. Nancy Graham, Director of ICAO’S Air Navigation Bureau. |
