If you do not qualify for an eVisa, please
prepare and
submit the following
falsummit2024@icao.int in order for us to expedite your request:

a completed
Visa application form;

a scanned copy of your passport biodata page; and

a passport photo measuring 3.5 × 4.5 cm.
Failure to follow these steps may lead to preventable delay.
