The Meeting of the Directors General of Civil Aviation of the ICAO European and North Atlantic Regions (EURNAT-DGCA/2019) was convened in the European and North Atlantic (EUR/NAT) Office of ICAO in Paris, France, from 19 to 20 March 2019 with the participation of the ICAO Secretary General Dr. Fang Liu.
The meeting was attended by 88 participants representing 38 States and 11 International Organizations.
