Content:

            To promote the importance of ICAO’s State Action Plan (SAP) initiative in reducing carbon emissions in aviation sector and highlight SAP implementation in the APAC region. Concluding message will be to highlight the SAP initiative as a means to provide States with the capacity and tools to take action to reduce the impact of aviation on the global climate.

            To promote a shared, common basic understanding of the design, implementation and benefits of Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA). Concluding message will be to highlight ICAO’s CORSIA implementation elements and ACT CORSIA program.
