Pre-Conference Symposium Registration


All participants are required to pre-register online at their earliest convenience, but no later than close of business on Wednesday, 13 March 2013.


To avoid lengthy on-site registration formalities and to have your badge ready for pick up upon your arrival, please forward the registration confirmation you will receive following on-line registration with a coloured passport size picture (jpg file) to the registration team: by 8 March 2013. [PDF or scans of your actual passport are NOT accepted.] Due to the sheer volume of participants, please be advised that photos submitted in any other format will not be processed


On-site registration for the Pre-AT Conf/6 Symposium will be available at ICAO Headquarters as follows:


Friday, 15 March, 14:00 - 17:00

Saturday, 16 March, 16:00 - 19:00

Sunday, 17 March, 07:30 - 11:00

Important: Please be advised that access to the Symposium will be granted to badge holders only.

Applicable registration fees can be paid online by credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express) or in cash on site.

Cancellation Policy


Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge) on written cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or symposium materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the event]. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance. Cancellations must be e-mailed at: The event reserves the right to cancel any programmes and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
