SESSION 4. DATA QUALITY AND FUTURE SOLUTIONS

Passenger data quality plays a vital element in how States use API and PNR to enhance passenger facilitation. Placing greater trust in both API and PNR messages will be a cornerstone of increasing automated border control procedures, as well as taking a more data-driven approach to other passenger procedures. More verifiable passenger data will be a key enabler of deploying mobile identity solutions based on ICAO Doc 9303 specifications for MRTDs.
