The ICAO EUR/NAT Acting Regional Director, Capt. Denis Guindon and the Deputy Regional Director, Mr. Elkhan Nahmadov, met with Mr. Raul Medina Caballero, General Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Spain.
During the meeting, the ICAO EUR/NAT Office presented an overview of the priority activities of the Office, current work programme as well as the direction and priorities for the upcoming years for the region. Both discussed on the potential areas of cooperation on different domains such as environment, security, technical assistance and capacity building activities, as well as the contribution of Spain to ICAO projects. Further coordination will be undertaken to reinforce the cooperation between ICAO EUR/NAT Office and Spain.
