The fifth meeting of the European Aviation System Planning Coordination Group (EASPG PCG/05) was held in Tbilisi, Georgia from 30 to 31 May 2023.
The main objective of the meeting was to review the implementation status of the European Aviation System Planning Group (EASPG) work programme.
The main outcomes were the agreed EUR 2022 Annual Safety Report and EUR 2022 Regional Aviation Safety Plan (RASP) Implementation Report, as well as endorsement of a new EUR Doc on “Language Proficiency Requirement Implementation”.
Participants also discussed several issues pertaining to the revision of the Uniform Methodology for the Identification, Assessment and Reporting of Air Navigation Deficiencies, the regional RVSM monitoring air navigation and the implementation status of the Global Reporting Format (GRF) for runway surface conditions.
The meeting was attended by twenty-one participants from eighth States, four International Organizations and one Industry.
