While in Singapore earlier this week to attend the Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) global Symposium. ICAO Secretary General Dr. Fang Liu held bilateral discussions with Mr. Khaw Boon Wan, Singapore’s Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Minister for Transport (pictured above), and with Mr. Loh Ngai Seng, Permanent Secretary in the State’s Ministry of Transport.
Their discussions focused on the latest developments regarding ICAO’s Global Plans and capacity-building, as well as Singapore’s support for ICAO’s efforts to enhance the safety, security, efficiency, and sustainability of civil aviation both globally and in the Asia-Pacific Region.
