ICAO has introduced procedures that will ensure more effective handling of participant registration and scheduling of negotiation meetings.
As part of the these procedures, registration is only accesible by the focal point of a delegation electronically through the link that is provided in State Letter 2018/59 (dated 24/05/2018).
We would like to kindly remind you that this confirmation is required, as the focal point contact information must be provided in order to proceed to the next step. Once this information is submitted, we will provide your with further instructions in due course.
The focal point is responsible for registering delegates on the new ICAN platform. Access to this platform will be granted to the focal point in early August, matching and scheduling will be open on the platform at the end of September.
