In view of limited space availability in the main ICAO conference room some delegates may have to be accommodated in an adjacent conference room. This adjacent room will have a live video broadcast of the Conference deliberations. Also, facilities will be provided such that the delegates in the adjacent room will be able to electronically contact their chief delegate in the main conference room for any coordination.
