Registration

To avoid unnecessary delays at the opening of the Conference, participants are encouraged to register online and upload their photograph to their profile by following the instructions available at the AN-Conf/14 website under “Registration”. Participants who have registered online, uploaded a compliant picture to their online registration profile, and have their credentials approved by the ICAO Secretariat, will be eligible for a prompt issuance of their event badge.

 

To facilitate the registration process for in-person delegates, the registration desk will open the week preceding the opening of the Conference. The detailed registration schedule will be communicated on the AN-Conf/14 website under the page “Onsite Registration Information”.

 

Once credentials in original form have been verified and approved by the ICAO Secretariat (see information on credentials hereunder), delegates will be issued an identification badge at registration in order to gain access to the Conference Centre.
