Participants who wish to submit their photograph in advance will benefit from shorter processing time at registration. Instructions will be provided in the registration confirmation message.


Symposium Fees
The applicable registration fees can be paid online by a major credit card (Visa and Master Card) or on site by credit card and in cash (U.S. dollars). Make sure to review the list of Registration Fees, as well as the Privacy and Cancellation Policies before registering online.
              Note: Participants attending both SPACE (18-20 March 2015) and RPAS (23-25 March 2015) will be granted a 25% discount on the total registration fee,
refundable after the events.

Two (2) free registrations per State are available. To receive registration confirmation, a letter of nomination by the State must be received by ICAO.  Please send letters of State-nomination either by email or by fax to the contact details below.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge) on written cancellations received
14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or symposium materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the event]. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance. All participants are responsible for obtaining any applicable visa(s) to attend this event. Should you require a visa(s), it is strongly recommended to apply as soon as possible at your nearest embassy/consulate. Note: Regretfully ICAO can only assist Government Officials with visa applications.

When you register for one of our events or conferences, join our mailing lists or become our privileged customer, you may be asked for personal information such as name, telephone numbers, e-mail address, mailing address, security information (user name and password).
