Guideline on MPL Data Collection

​The following data entry forms should be used to provide the MPL implementation data requested by State letter AN 12/50-13/51.  

 

The five data entry forms relate to the data previously defined in Attachments A, B, C, and D of State letter AN 12/50-07/37, dated 7 December 2007; Each form has entry boxes that correspond with the data explained in the referenced State letter and are to be emailed to: MPLdata@icao.int  no later than 1 October 2013.
 

Form Attachment A contains the entry boxes for the data described in Attachment A of the State letter, State Regulations and Oversight of MPL. 

  
Forms Attachment B and Attachment B2 contain the entry boxes for the data described in Attachment B of the State letter, Approved MPL Training Programme Data; and Data Requested for Each Class of MPL Candidates after Graduation.
 

Form Attachment C contains the entry boxes for the data described in Attachment C of the State letter, MPL Data Collection Form, for each MPL student at the end of the course.


Form Attachment D contains the entry boxes for the data described in Attachment D of the State letter, MPL Line Check — Evaluation Form, for all initial operational line-checks until and including the second successful line-check.
