The ICAO Aviation Green Recovery Seminar is free to attend, but registration is required.
This free event can host a maximum of 1000 participants, therefore the registration for this event is made on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum participation will be reached, the registration will be closed. If you are interested in this event, but have missed the Registration deadline, please note that this event will be broadcast live on ICAO TV.
Tips to Access the Virtual Event
Kindly be reminded that the ICAO Aviation Green Recovery Seminar will be held from 23 to 24 November, 2020 from 08:00 to 11:30AM ET, as a virtual event.
The connection details to join the ICAO Aviation Green Recovery Seminar will be provided by email to all registered participants closer to the start of the event. Each participant will receive a personalized Zoom link which will not be transferable.
Access to the Seminar
- A ZOOM account is necessary to join the Seminar. Please visit https://www.zoom.us/signup to create an account.
- Registered participants will receive connection details from Webinar@icao.int <no-reply@zoom.us> closer to the event date. Once you click on the connection link, you will be requested to log in to your Zoom account, and then use the connection password provided by ICAO to join the Seminar. The access code is unique to you and is non-transferable.
* If the email address connected to your Zoom account is different from the email address used for registration to the Seminar, please provide the one used on Zoom to registration@icao.int and officeenv@icao.int no later than 12:00PM ET on Friday, 20 November 2020.
- The Seminar will open at 7:50AM ET on both days. Please join as early as possible, using the name submitted for registration to the Seminar as your screen name, to facilitate verification and check-in procedures

- Please email the phone number that will be used to dial-in, including the country code, no later than 12:00PM ET on Saturday, 21 November 2020, to registration@icao.int and officeenv@icao.int. Please indicate “ICAO Aviation Green Recovery Seminar: Your Full Name – Telephone Number” as the subject line.
