ATTENTION
 
Please note that in order to register online, you must have a personal account created on the ICAO event website. Attention: This is not the same account that you may have on the ICAO Secure Portal. Once you have created your ICAO Events account, your information will be stored for future registrations avoiding you to re-enter your data.
 
The online registration will create a personal account based on the email of every registering participant. As a result, for every single registration, the registering participants need to provide their e-mail address to register for the event. If someone is assisting you in the registration process, please note that your email will still be required to create the account and confirm your participation.

 
All participants must register online prior to their arrival in Montréal. Early registration, at least a month in advance, is recommended due to the high number of expected delegates. Click on the links below to see the symposium fee and register online.

Participants need to submit their photograph along their request of online pre-registration. This will enable participants to avoid lengthy on-site registration formalities and to have your badge ready for pick-up upon your arrival. The e-photo must be a JPEG (.jpg) file with a minimum size of 15KB. Scan of your passport cannot be accepted. Other specifications of the photo are provided on the online registration form.

Symposium Fees

 

The applicable registration fees need to be paid online by a major credit card (Visa or Master Card). Make sure to review the list of Registration Fees, as well as the Privacy and Cancellation Policies before registering online.

Cancellation Policy

 

Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge) on written cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or symposium materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the event]. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance. Cancellations must be faxed to: +1 514 954-6759 or e-mailed at: abonilla@icao.int. The event reserves the right to cancel any programmes and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.

 

Visas
 

All participants are responsible for obtaining any applicable visa(s) to attend this event. Should you require a visa(s), it is strongly recommended to apply as soon as possible at your nearest embassy/consulate.

 

Note: Regretfully ICAO can only assist Government Officials with visa applications.

Your personal information is unknown to us unless you voluntarily submit it. When you register for one of our events or conferences, join our mailing lists or become our privileged customer, you may be asked for personal information such as name, telephone numbers, e-mail address, mailing address, security information (user name and password). You may also be asked additional marketing-related questions by completing questionnaires, surveys and profile data to help us better understand your needs and those of potential customers. You may also be requested to give your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiration date when you place an order.
