Registration to this symposium requires two steps:
1. ONLINE REGISTRATION
This must be completed online by clicking on the link below. Due to the high number of expected attendees, early registration - ideally by June 30, 2011 will be appreciated.

2. ON-SITE REGISTRATION
On-site registration, which takes only a couple of minutes, will be completed on the specific dates and time at the ICAO Headquarters
Please bring passport identification, proof of professional designation, and letter of nomination by State (if applicable).
On-site registration will be available at the ICAO Headquarters as follows:
Monday, 19 September from 15:00 - 17:00
Tuesday, 20 September from 07:30 - 10:00
Wednesday, 21 September from 08:00 - 10:00
ICAO encourages all attendees to register as soon as possible after their arrival in Montréal.

Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge) on written cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or symposium materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the event]. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance. Cancellations must be e-mailed to the attention of the Event Organizer at: GANIS@icao.int
