Statements by delegations of Contracting States and of Observers
Statements presented by delegations of Contracting States under Agenda Item 2 may either be presented orally or as “written statements” for publication as working papers.
The President of the Council should be notified by 18 September 2010 of a State’s intention to make an oral presentation, which should focus on agenda items or topics related to the main subjects of discussion within the Organization, and should be no longer than five minutes. Oral presentations will not be translated or published at the time of the Assembly.
Written statements submitted by States on or before the deadline of 31 August 2010 will be issued as working papers in all languages. Statements received after the deadline will be published as working papers in the language version(s) provided.
Statements by Observers will be published as working papers in the language version(s) provided.
The deadline for submission of written statements for publication as working papers is 14 September 2010; they should be forwarded electronically, in Microsoft Word format, to ICAO by e-mail at ACSINBOX@icao.int. States are requested to submit the text of their oral presentations to the same e-mail address.
