Visas
Please check carefully if you may require a visa to travel to Burkina Faso. Most Burkina Faso visas are issued within 3 working days. However, it is imperative to apply for a visa at your earliest convenience. Most foreign visitors will need a visa for Burkina Faso. While some nationalities are eligible for a visa upon arrival, many will need to get a visa in advance at the nearest embassy of Burkina Faso.
Nationals of countries eligible for a visa upon arrival are required to provide (have at hand) 3 (three) passport size photographs and a US$ 100 fee in cash at the airport visa desk.
Vaccination requirements
IMPORTANT! An international certificate of vaccination against yellow fever is required and has to be presented upon arrival.

Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge) on written cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or symposium materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the event]. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance. Cancellations must be e-mailed to the attention of the ICAO Aviation Security and Facilitation Policy (SFP) Section at:
MRTDevents@icao.int. The event reserves the right to cancel any programmes and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.

Your personal information is unknown to us unless you voluntarily submit it. When you register for one of our events or conferences, join our mailing lists or become our privileged customer, you may be asked for personal information such as name, telephone numbers, e-mail address, mailing address, security information (user name and password). You may also be asked additional marketing-related questions by completing questionnaires, surveys and profile data to help us better understand your needs and those of potential customers. You may also be requested to give your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiration date when you place an order.
