General Information
Registration will take place in the ICAO Lobby beginning 08:00 hours. Passport Identification will be required or some other approriate identification card.
CONFERENCE LOCATION
The meeting will take place in Conference Room 3 on the first floor of the Conference Centre.
COFFEE BREAKS
Refreshments will be offered outside the Conference Room.
LUNCH
On Thursday, Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Ltee will sponsor Lunch. It will be given outside Conference Room 3.
RECEPTION
A Reception will be hosted by the European Commission. It will be held in the Delegate's Lounge on the 3rd floor of the Conference Centre.
