Category B

States listed in Category B will need to submit a visa request PRIOR to travel. It is therefore, important that Focal Points register all the names of their delegates in the ICAN platform, as this will facilitate the visa processing and issuance.

Option 1:

Download and complete the Visa Request Form: Visa Request Form - ASEZA.pdf (manually complete and scan the Application Form).
Attach the required supporting documents to the Application Form and send it to the email: ican.visa@carc.gov.jo, including:

A copy of the data page of your passport (The passport should be valid for 6 months with at least 3 free pages); and
Registration confirmation to the ICAN2019 event

3. Send the application form and its attachments by email to ican.visa@carc.gov.jo no later than 1 month prior to arrival.

Option 2:

Delegates may follow the regular procedure by contacting the closest Jordanian Embassy in order to obtain a visa before arrival.

Bearers of "Travel Pass" documents issued from all countries are layed under this category.
