Online registration and on-site registration are both compulsory for this event. Please ensure that you are registered individually with the full name that is written on your Passport/Travel Documents and with your own email.
Please note that all payments must be completed online. Payments will not be accepted during on-site registration.
IMPORTANT: Each voucher code can only be used ONCE.
If you are a government official, international organizations (as listed by ICAO) participant, or supporting organization representative, please be advised that in order to obtain a voucher code, an official letter of designation must be sent to AirCargoDevelopment@icao.int. For further information on requirements of the designation letter please visit the Administrative Arrangements.
If you are a moderator or speaker, you will receive the voucher code by our email.
If you are a sponsor, exhibitor or media partner requiring information or support for your registration please contact AirCargoDevelopment@icao.int.
If you wish to cancel your participation, login to My Events account and select the event you are cancelling.
Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge – minimum charge of $100) on cancellation requests received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter.
A substitute registrant CANNOT be designated in lieu of the original registrant.
