MONTREAL, 11 February 2016 – The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is offering Montréal journalists a unique opportunity to photograph United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. This is uniquely a photo opportunity and media will not be able to interact with the Secretary General or other dignitaries. No interviews will be given and no audio recordings will be permitted.
Two opportunities will be provided, the second of which is tentative in light of agenda requirements:
· United Nations Secretary General, President of the ICAO Council and ICAO Secretary General arriving at the ICAO Council Chamber. This room is suited to wide angle lens photography. Journalists will be escorted from the Chamber before the address begins.
· Short photo opportunity in the ICAO museum.
Interested media must request accreditation in advance from William Raillant-Clark, ICAO Communications Officer, at wraillantclark@icao.int.
