Description

As part of the technical assistance activities, ICAO, through the ICAO-European Union (EU) Assistance Project, has completed sustainable aviation fuel feasibility studies in the Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Burkina Faso, and Kenya. These studies assess the potential development and use of sustainable aviation fuel in these States, as a measure to reduce CO2 emissions from international aviation. Each feasibility study concluded with a roadmap of proposed actions for these States to embark in the production or use of sustainable aviation fuel as part of their State Action Plans.

ICAO, European Union, Government of Dominican Republic, Government of Trinidad and Tobago, Government of Burkina Faso, and Government of Kenya.
