Montreal Recognizes ICAO's Presence and Contributions with Square-Victoria Metro Station Renaming

Montréal, 14 November 2014 – To mark the beginning of Montréal activities surrounding the 70th anniversary of the signing of the Chicago Convention and the establishment of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the City of Montréal and the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) announced the official renaming of Metro Station Square-Victoria to Metro Station Square-Victoria-OACI. A commemorative plaque to mark the importance of the presence of ICAO in Montréal was unveiled during the ceremony. It is expected to be installed in Metro Station Square-Victoria-OACI sometime this week.
