GLOBAL TRENDS IN AIRPORTS SUSTAINABILITY 

Bringing together stakeholders to discuss the latest sustainability concepts associated with airports, this session will focus on the achievements in reducing the environmental impact of airports and the global key environmental management trends.

This session will elaborate on accelerated clean energy transition through the broad range of environmental technologies and innovative solutions at airports. It will also provide the opportunity to discuss the broad range of clean energy technology, operational measures, upcoming challenges and opportunities.

TOMORROW’S AIRPORT INFRASTRUCTURE

Looking towards future innovations at airport, this session will focus on the infrastructure requirements to produce, transport and supply alternative energy sources at airports. It will also address the challenges and opportunities associated with delivering new fuels and energy through airport infrastructure in order to create a greener and more sustainable aviation industry.

The session will focus on enabling green airports, including financing and the availability of funds for new innovations and cooperation amongst stakeholders, with panellists discussing the next steps in global environmental policy and strategy.
