Delegates for the nationalities listed in the above-mentioned table are required to obtain a visa prior to arrival through the following steps:
Option 1:
- Attach the required supporting documents to the Application Form and send it to the email: ican.visa@carc.gov.jo, including:
- A copy of the data page of your passport (The passport should be valid for 6 months with at least 3 free pages); and
- Registration confirmation to the ICAN2019 event
3. Send the application form and its attachments by email to ican.visa@carc.gov.jo no later than 1 month prior to arrival.
Option 2:
Delegates may follow the regular procedure by contacting the closest Jordanian Embassy in order to obtain a visa before arrival.
