Important facts:
- Each voucher code can only be used once.
- Each delegate has to register individually online with their own email.
Choose the desired event on the Events Portal homepage or in the Events Calendar section.
For an existing user, enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot your password?" to reset your password. An e-mail with a temporary password will then be sent, then please make sure to follow the steps to modify your temporary password and create a new one.
- Step a: Once you login, the system will open a registration page with pre-populated information.
- Step b: Complete the remaining required fields and click "Register Now".
- Step c: Please check your email account for the event confirmation email.
For a new user, click on "Create an Account".
- Step a: Complete the required fields and click "Verify email address". Then, please click on "Proceed to a new registration" to continue the registration process.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Login to My Events account and select the events from which you wish to cancel your registration.
- Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge – minimum charge of $100) on cancellation requests received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter.
ICAO reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
A substitute registrant CANNOT be designated in lieu of the original registrant.
