*Member States and Government Officials*
A formal Letter of Designation/Nomination from the State on official letterhead and signed by the highest authority for the government entity of the State is required for free registrations. The email address for each nominie is required.
Once approved by ICAO, voucher code(s) will be provided to the individuals identified by the State with instructions on the registration process. The letter should be addressed to the ICAO Secretary General as a response to the State Letter on DRONE ENABLE 2023 AN 13/66-23/13

*International Organizations*
A formal Letter of Designation/Nomination from the Organization, as listed by ICAO, on official letterhead and duly signed by the Head of the Organization is required for free registrations. The email address for each nominie is required.
Once approved by ICAO, registration voucher codes will be provided to the 2 individuals nominated in the letter, as well as instructions on the registration process. The letter should be addressed to the ICAO Secretary General as a response to the State Letter on DRONE ENABLE 2023 AN 13/66-23/13

2. Delegations who do not have the email extension above, kindly contact RPASEvents@icao.int to notify you wish to register and assistance will be provided to register you for the event.
