FOR THE PBN IMPLEMENTATION PROGRESS MICROSITE
Please read the Terms and Conditions for the ICAO website prior to using the PBN Implementation Progress microsite (the “Microsite”). Using this Microsite indicates that you accept the Terms and Conditions for the ICAO website. When using this Microsite, you are also subject to these Terms of Use for the PBN Implementation Progress microsite (“Terms of Use”).
Use of the Microsite
ICAO has developed this Microsite in order to provide progress reports to its Member States on PBN implementation worldwide. Some information on this Microsite is based on the data provided by third-parties. This data is the property and responsibility of such third-parties, and is used herein under Agreement or other special authorization. The use of the third-party data does not imply endorsement or approval by ICAO. You are solely responsible for contacting the data provider to secure permission for use of the data. The information shown on this Microsite is valid as of June 2012.
Maps
Background maps are the property of third-parties and are used herein under license. The data and labels contained in these third-party maps are not approved by and do not reflect the official position of either ICAO or the United Nations. They are included for references purposes only.
No Association
You may not use any trade-mark, official mark, official emblem or logo of ICAO, or any of its other means of promotion or publicity, without ICAO's prior written consent nor in any event to represent or imply an association or affiliation with ICAO.
No Warranties
ICAO reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Microsite, any means of accessing or utilizing the Microsite at its sole discretion with or without prior notice to you.
ICAO may at its sole discretion, under any circumstances, for any or no reason whatsoever and with or without prior notice to you, terminate your access to the Microsite, any means of accessing or utilizing the Microsite.

Limitation of Liability
ICAO SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY SORT INCURRED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE MICROSITE. ICAO also shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any data on the MICROSITE. You acknowledge that these Terms of Use constitute a non-exclusive agreement. ICAO may develop products or services that compete with products or services that you offer without incurring any liability.
Other parties may have ownership interests in some of the materials, documents, information and data (the “Materials”) contained on the Microsite. ICAO in no way represents or warrants that it owns or controls all rights in all Materials, and ICAO will not be liable to you for any claims brought against you by third parties in connection with your use of any Materials.
Nothing herein shall constitute or be considered to be a limitation upon or waiver of the privileges and immunities of ICAO, all of which are specifically reserved.

These Terms of Use may be amended by ICAO from time to time at its sole discretion. Please periodically review these Terms of Use. By continuing to use the Microsite subsequent to ICAO making available an amended version of these Terms of Use, you acknowledge, agree and consent to such amendment.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or entered by these Terms of Use.
The ICAO Secretariat shall be the final authority to interpret these Terms of Use and resolve any differences or disputes arising from their application.
