States inform foreign operators of their disposition to different TEs by submitting a TE Acceptability Form to ICAO. States are requested to review their "acceptance of other States' TEs" status regularly. Completed forms should be sent to TEInbox@icao.int.

Note: Forms may only be submitted by the National Continuous Monitoring Coordinator (NCMC) or authorized user from a Member State.

This information is included on the TE Acceptability List below. Use this list to identify whether TEs authorized by an issuing State are acceptable within the territory of another State.

 

To establish this list, relevant data was transferred across from Covid-19 Contingency Related Differences (CCRD) database used for alleviations.  However, its relevance to TEs and its continued accuracy relies on updates provided by States.  As States inform ICAO of the status of their acceptance of other States' TEs, the alleviation acceptance data initially used to populate Column 7 of the database below will be replaced with one of three possible responses:


1. Accepts all TEs authorized by another State;

2. Does not accept TEs authorized by another State

3. Accepts only those TEs authorized by another State that are considered to have identified appropriate mitigations in accordance with the TE submission guidance.


Column 7 (Acceptance of Other States TEs) cells will turn green once TE acceptance data has been received, and
Column 8 (Status) will show as "TE Update".
