States’ Action Plans
By 31 December 2019, 117 Member States, representing 93.7% of global Revenue Tonne Kilometres (RTK), have voluntarily prepared and submitted action plans to ICAO. These successful results demonstrate the high level of interest and engagement of Member States in this initiative, as well as the impact of ICAO’s assistance and capacity‐building activities. The submission of an action plan and its subsequent updates are necessary to ensure that the information included is valid over time.
With respect to the ICAO State Action Plan Buddy Programme, to date, seven partnerships have been established.
