Upset Prevention and Recovery Training
Revision 3 of the Airplane Upset Prevention and Recovery Training Aid was posted on the ICAO Website in February. This revision includes new material for turbo-propeller transport category aeroplanes.
ICAO continued to share implementation guidance in the regions in coordination with the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) namely through the conduct of a loss of control in-flight (LOCI) and upset prevention and recovery training (UPRT) high-level seminar and course, and a UPRT regional meeting.
At both events, demonstrations of flight simulation training devices were provided.
