Dr. Fang Liu, ICAO Secretary General, and Wang Zhiqing, Deputy Administrator of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), observed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) which will greatly improve the cost-effectiveness and overall extent of ICAO’s outreach in China and for Chinese speakers globally.
The agreements, signed on the sidelines of ICAO’s 39th Assembly, will permit it to benefit from the ICSCC’s extensive expertise in the editing and translation of aviation technical content, as well as its comprehensive document distribution networks.
