At a signing ceremony that took place on the sidelines of ICAO’s 40th Assembly, the Secretary General of ICAO, Dr. Fang Liu, and the Director General of ENAIRE, Mr. Ángel Luis Arias Serrano, signed a partnership agreement that will confer TRAINAIR PLUS Corporate Partner status upon Spain’s Air Navigation Services Provider.
The signing was observed by the Minister of Development of Spain, Mr José Luis Ábalos.
ICAO's TRAINAIR PLUS Programme promotes training collaboration for the purpose of providing safe, secure, and sustainable development of global air transport. It is a cooperative network of training organizations and industry partners working together to develop and deliver ICAO-harmonized training packages.
The first programme to be delivered through this partnership will focus on the management of Air Navigation Services.
