Registration and badge collection hours
Sunday, 8 December: between 9am-12pm and 4-5.30pm, at the JW Marriott hotel near the Convention Center.
Registration hours at the venue (Oman Convention & Exhibition Center):
Monday, 9 December: 7.30am-12pm, 2-4pm
Tuesday, 10 December: 8-11 am
Wednesday, 11 December: 8-11 am
- Credentials are required for the meeting. A letter of nomination should be signed on behalf of the State or international organization concerned by a person duly authorized to do so (Representative to ICAO, Civil Aviation Administration/Authority, Directorate of Civil Aviation, Ministry Responsible for Civil Aviation, etc.), giving the name of a person authorized to participate in the meeting. A single letter may be used to provide the necessary information for more than one person. Please indicate in the letter the person designated as the Head of delegation for your State or organization.
To avoid unnecessary delays at the opening of the event, ICAO strongly encourages all participants, including observers, to register online by 29 November 2024 and upload their photograph to their profile.
