you are currently enrolled as a student in an educational institution (such as a University), taking an academic major or minor;

your educational institution supports your registration through an official Letter of Endorsement (Please download available template letter
here);

you accept the instructions for registration and participation in the Model ICAO Forum;

you agree to assume financial responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from your participation in the Forum; and

you understand that it is your responsibility to ensure that the necessary travel documents (including passport and visa) and travel insurance, including but not limited to out-of-country medical insurance, are secured prior to the trip.
