In addition to hosting the informative and insightful event plenary, the ICAO World Aviation Forum will serve as a platform to connect government bodies, international and regional organizations, industry and financial stakeholders. During this year’s event, ICAO is pleased to offer registered participants the opportunity to schedule rooms for their bilateral meetings. Member States, international and regional organizations, industry and financial stakeholders can take advantage of this service.
Steps for reserving rooms for Bilateral Meetings
The party requesting a meeting should:
1. Register for IWAF2015.
3. Coordinate with its counterpart and agree upon on the meeting details.
I. State/Organization/Company name;
II. Name of State/Organization/Company you have agreed to meet with;
III. Names of individuals attending the meeting;
IV. Meeting duration (up to 1.5 hrs);
V. Preferred meeting date and time.
**Please note that ICAO is not responsible for coordinating meetings. Once a request is received by email, it is assumed that both parties intend to meet and are requesting a meeting space.
