Registration and Ground Transport for Symposium Delegates

Registration of Delegates
Each participant will be issued a Delegate ID badge for access to the meeting venue and all related social functions. An ICAO Registration Desk will be set up in the Arrival Area of Dubai International Airport before the Immigration counter. Participants who have notified ICAO of their attendance and received an assigned registration number can register and pick up their ID badges upon their arrival at the Airport on 16 or 17 September. If they miss this registration, they can register at the Symposium venue in the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Registration of delegates at the Convention Centre will be available on:
Sunday 17 September from 1400 to 1900 hours
Monday 18 September (Day 1 of the Symposium) from 0800 to 0900 hours before the meeting, and from 0900 to 1600 hours for late arrivals.
Ground transport arrangements
The Host has arranged ground transport for the Symposium participants to attend the meeting at the Convention Centre and social functions of the Symposium. Starting from the afternoon of 17 September, a special coach service will be provided to transport delegates from the hotels where most delegates are staying to/from the meeting site, and to/from the sites of the social functions. These hotels include: Palm Beach/Shell Inn, Capitol/Rydges Plaza, Crowne Plaza/Shangrila, and Dusit Dubai. Delegates should check with their hotel for the availability and details of this service. Similar information will also be provided at the Convention Centre where a Transport Coordinator is available to help.
No special arrangement have been made for transferring delegates from the Airport to their hotels. Delegates may, however, check with their hotels to see if this transfer service is provided (some hotels do provide such service to their guests).
