Participants are encouraged to register online by clicking on the link below.The applicable registration fees can ONLY be paid online, or on site, by Visa or Master Card international credit cards. Make sure to review the list of Registration Fees, as well as the Privacy and Cancellation Policies before registering.
Request for Invitation Letter to Apply the Chinese VisaParticipants requiring entry visa to China shall fill the attached form and send it together with the scanned passport information page to email@example.com for requesting the LCC invitation letter. Invitation letter will be issued by Civil Aviation Administration of China, and any request without the complete information will not be processed.
CANCELLATION POLICY Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge) on written cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or symposium materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the event]. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance. Cancellations must be e-mailed at: firstname.lastname@example.org. The event reserves the right to cancel any programmes and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
