CANCELLATION POLICYRegistrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for an administrative charge) on written cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or symposium materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the event]. A substitute name must be sent to ICAO in advance. Cancellations must be e-mailed to: greentech@icao.int. The event organizers reserve the right to cancel any programme(s) and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
VISASAll participants are responsible for obtaining any applicable visa(s) to attend the event. Should you require a visa(s), it is strongly recommended to apply as soon as possible at your nearest embassy/consulate.
Note: Regretfully ICAO can only assist Government Officials with visa applications.
