**Travel Visa Invitation Letters - All international particpants must provide the information listed on the Visa Information & Lodging page.

***It is important that the name that you register in the system, matches the full name that is written on your Passport/Travel Documents.

The registration information outlined below provide the categories and prices to register seperately for DRONE ENABLE/2 or RPAS/3 symposiums, as well as a combined registration option for both symposia.

Cancellation Policy

1. If you wish to cancel your participation, login to My Events account and select the the event you are cancelling .

2. Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge – minimum charge of $100) on cancellation requests received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter.

A substitute registrant CANNOT be designated in lieu of the original registrant.
