Please note that Registration for the ICAO CORSIA Forum is closed.

The ICAO CORSIA Forum is an open event and free to attend, but registration is required.

This free event can host a maximum of 1000 participants, therefore the registration for this event is made on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum participation will be reached, the registration will be closed. Should online registration be "closed" for other colleagues who wish to follow, they may access the recording on the ICAO website after the event.  

Tips to Access the Virtual Event

Kindly be reminded that the ICAO CORSIA Forum will be held from 6 to 7 October, 2021 from 08:00 to 11:30AM ET, as a virtual event.

The connection details to join the ICAO CORSIA Forum will be provided by email to all registered participants closer to the start of the event. Each participant will receive a personalized Zoom link which will not be transferable to non-registered participants.  

Access to the Forum

-          A ZOOM account is necessary to join the Forum. Please visit https://www.zoom.us/signup to create an account.

-          Registered participants will receive connection details from Webinar@icao.int  <no-reply@zoom.us> closer to the event date. Once you click on the connection link, you will be requested to log in to your Zoom account, and asked to provide the connection password provided by ICAO to join this virtual event. The access code is unique to you and is non-transferable for security reasons.

-          IMPORTANT: If the email address connected to your Zoom account is different from the email address that you used to register to the Forum, please provide the email which you use for your Zoom account to:  registration@icao.int and officeenv@icao.int no later than 12:00PM ET on Tuesday, 5 October 2021.

-          Kindly note that if you are part of ZoomGov account, you will not be able to attend the Zoom webinar, please provide the email which you use for your Zoom account to: registration@icao.int and officeenv@icao.int no later than 12:00PM ET on Tuesday, 5 October 2021.

-          The Forum will open at 7:50AM ET on both days. Please join as early as possible, using the same name submitted for registration to the Forum as your screen name.

-          IMPORTANT: Please email the phone number that will be used to dial-in, including the country code, no later than 12:00PM ET Tuesday, 5 October 2021, to registration@icao.int and officeenv@icao.int. Please indicate "ICAO CORSIA Forum: Your Full Name – Telephone Number" as the subject line.

Note. ICAO reserves the right to refuse attendance or remove participants from the virtual event should they not meet the verification requirements.
