*Note: In the process of registration, local participants will see their registration fee in USD in their shopping cart before checkout. Regardless, the registration fee for local participants still will be payable in CNY and not in USD.

International Participants
The applicable registration fees for international participants in U.S. dollars (USD) can be paid online by a major credit card or bank transfer.

Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge) on written cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the event starting date. Regrettably, NO REFUNDS will be granted thereafter. However, a substitute registrant may be designated in lieu of the original registrant [or symposium materials will be sent in lieu of a refund after the event]. Please advise us of the substitute name in advance. Cancellations must be e-mailed at:aircargo-china@icao.int. The event reserves the right to cancel any programmes and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.

VISAS

All participants are responsible for obtaining any applicable visa(s) to attend this event. Should you require a visa(s), it is strongly recommended to apply as soon as possible at your nearest embassy/consulate.

When you register for one of our events or conferences, join our mailing lists or become our privileged customer, you may be asked for personal information such as name, telephone numbers, e-mail address, mailing address, security information (user name and password). You may also be asked additional marketing-related questions by completing questionnaires, surveys and profile data to help us better understand your needs and those of potential customers. You may also be requested to give your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiration date when you place an order.
