Registration will be available at ICAO Headquarters as follows:
Friday, 01 November 2013: 1400 - 1700
Monday, 04 November 2013: 0745 - 1200
The applicable registration fees can be paid online by a major credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express) or on site by credit card and in cash (U.S. dollars). Make sure to review the list of Registration Fees, as well as the Privacy and Cancellation Policies before registering online.
Participants are encouraged to register online by clicking on the link below. In order to avoid long waiting lines, participants should submit their own photograph upon the receipt of their pre-registration confirmation, so that their badges can be prepared prior to their arrival in Montreal. Instructions will be provided in the pre-registration confirmation message.
Two (2) free registrations per State are available. To receive registration confirmation, a letter of nomination by the State must be received by ICAO.

Each ICAO Staff and Resident Delegation Registration - upon presentation of ICAO ID during on-site registration.
Registrants who are unable to attend the event will receive a refund (less 30% of the registration fee for administrative charge) on written cancellations received

Your personal information is unknown to us unless you voluntarily submit it. When you register for one of our events or conferences, join our mailing lists or become our privileged customer, you may be asked for personal information such as name, telephone numbers, e-mail address, mailing address, security information (user name and password). You may also be asked additional marketing-related questions by completing questionnaires, surveys and profile data to help us better understand your needs and those of potential customers. You may also be requested to give your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiration date when you place an order.
