Please note that Registration for the virtual ICAO Global Aviation Security Symposium 2021 (AVSEC2021) is now closed.

This event can host a maximum of 1000 participants, therefore the registration for this event is made on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum participation will be reached, registration will be closed. If you are interested in this event but have missed the registration deadline, please note that this event will be broadcast live on ICAO TV. Please ensure you sign up for ICAO TV ahead of time. The live feed on ICAO TV will be in the language that the respective panellists will be speaking.

Tips to Access the Virtual Event

Kindly be reminded that the ICAO AVSEC2021 Symposium will be held from 8 to 10 September 2021 starting at 08:00AM ET, as a virtual event.

The connection details to join the AVSEC2021 Symposium will be provided by email to all registered participants closer to the start of the event. Each participant will receive a personalized Zoom link, which will not be transferable.

Access to the Symposium

• A ZOOM account is necessary to join the Symposium. Please visit https://www.zoom.us/signup to create an account.
• Registered participants will receive connection details from Webinar@icao.int <no-reply@zoom.us> closer to the event date. Once you click on the connection link, you will be requested to log in to your Zoom account, and then use the connection password provided by ICAO to join the Symposium. The access code is unique to you and is non-transferable.
  

  * If the email address connected to your Zoom account is different from the email address used for registration to the Symposium, please provide the one used on Zoom to registration@icao.int and AVSECevents@icao.int.

• The virtual event will start each day at 7:55AM ET. Please join by 7:45AM ET, using the name submitted for registration to the Symposium as your screen name, to facilitate verification and check-in procedures.
