The Conference and Office Services Section provides conference support to ICAO, its governing bodies and other stakeholders. It also manages and coordinates the provision of office services support and administration liaison for the operation of the Organization, both at Headquarters and through support to the Regional Offices.
    Core Section Activities include:
  • Management of conference facilities, telephone systems and office space for Headquarters and Regional Offices
  • Provision of conference and technical services
  • Management and liaison with Public Works and Government Services Canada regarding facilities, operations and maintenance costs, joint cost‐sharing projects as well as major repairs of the ICAO premises
  • Management of leases for resident delegations and other rental operations
  • Inventory control and fixed assets management procedures for HQ as well as for Regional Offices.
