Hot spot maps. RWY guard lights. "Separation" of cars and aircraft on the apron. Reduction of RWY incursions by car handling personnel, either airport personnel or construction workers from outside companies.
RWY guard lights have been installed. Refresher courses (proper RT and knowledge about areas of responsibility) for airport personnel that drives cars in the manoeuvering area - that has greatly reduced the number of RWY incursions.  The driveway-system for cars on the apron has been improved to ensure "separation" to aircraft on the apron, especially for refueling trucks.
